Why are news broadcast reporting more on the Royale wedding then anything else?

i know more about the royale wedding then what is going on in the middle east . i don't think who is getting married in another country is importing and i don't think it is news worthy . and i don't understand why the MSM thinks this royale wedding is so much more importing that it takes up most of there news
