How do you remove PageRage on Facebook from your computer?

My dad downloaded Page Rage (A website to put cool designs on your facebook page) on our computer and it is making Facebook really slow. Everytime i click on something, it takes about 5 minutes to load. I tried going on the website and i cant find anyway to remove it. Pleas help
