I have done my PG-DM(post graduate diploma) in finance from a distance learning program.?

is MSM (masters in strategic managment) or MIB (masters in International bussiness) a better program after PGDM in finance??? which will help to fetch a better job or which is a better combination of these two?? Suggestions are most welcome
