Homeopathy medicine..?

Since I am a long-time computer user, someone suggested glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM tablets for my hand pain. Is there any similar combination in homeopathy medicine that I can use. Please help me as I am in lots of hand pain and I cannot stop working on my computer also since it is the only earning for me. Tx
