Economy is so bad that now i am forced to sell my car and use public transport. But why MSM praises economy?

i have to sell my 2007 toyota corolla with 44,000 miles, because things are so tight i don't know where to cut expenses. I am running short on funds as jobs are so hard to get nowadays even with college degree. I put the car ad for 10,000 dollars asking price and i can't even find any buyer. Whatever buyers I found were real beaches saying, "i can't pay more than 5,000 because this is only a corolla". I refused. In fact everyone wants to buy the car at the half the price I put, even though it has little mileage and perfectly working like its bought yesterday. People can't even afford to buy used 10K corolla, this is how bad economy is. I thought car will sell easy, but its proving very difficult for any buyer to agree with price. Now that car can't get sold because of such poor economy, i don't even know what to do. i have to default on all loans and credit card bills. these beach potential buyers are broke themselves
